We sell digital products, including e-books, guides, templates, and courses. These are delivered electronically, by download link or online access, immediately or shortly after your payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Orders, payment, and Merchant of Record
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
4. Taxes
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location and added at checkout where required.
5. Licence to use the products
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use it for your own individual, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the product or any part of it;
- reproduce or publish the content publicly or pass it off as your own;
- remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and within our products — text, graphics, logos, and materials — is owned by or licensed to Olashile and is protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Acceptable use

13. Governing law
Your purchase of any product is a contract of sale with Paddle as Merchant of Record and is governed by Paddle's buyer terms. These Terms separately govern your use of the Site and the products, and are intended to be read and applied consistently with the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you reside.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
